This is my animation that I made using Google Slides, I was learning to use short cut keys and to be quicker when using my Chromebook.

My library trip

My library trip
I went to the new library in town with a group of other kids from my class. It was so cool. One of my favourite parts of going there was the stairs because they reminded me of Hogwarts. I went to the library for two reasons 1. Because for one of my MILOs I'm writing a story and I wanted to look at some books to learn some new writing techniques and new words. 2. Because I'm learning Russian and i wanted to look to see if they had any how to speak Russian books. Overall the trip was really good and I really enjoyed it.

MILOs
In my MILOs I'm writing a story.
I like it because its based on a dream I had a while ago. But I have changed a few of the details like the characters, dates and places.
So far I have written the first part of the story which I quite like but may change a bit later on.
My next steps are to continue writing it but add more detail. My goal is to write a long story with multiple chapters and hopefully share it on my blog.
This is part of the start.

It all started at 12:46 am on the morning of the 29 of July 2013 all the trouble that is. “Aaaaaahhhh” I woke with a start to the sound of my dads scream what was wrong. I rushed into my parents room to find my dad on top of mum crying, blood everywhere. “Call the police and get an ambulance” He screamed at me...

For one of my other MILOs I'm learning Russian.

When I'm finished I'm going to create a poster or pamphlet with some of the basic words and sentences.

So far I have learned to say hello my name is Milly. My next steps are to learn how to say some other things and pronounce the words properly.
